Overview
The Ruger American Go Wild is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC, part of Sturm, Ruger & Co.'s American Rifle line. It pairs a 24-inch cold hammer-forged, threaded barrel with a factory-installed radial muzzle brake, a Go Wild I-M Brush camouflage synthetic stock, and a Cerakote burnt bronze metal finish. The rifle uses a one-piece, three-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw, Ruger's Power Bedding integral bedding block system, a free-floating barrel, and the user-adjustable Ruger Marksman trigger set between roughly 3 and 5 pounds. It feeds from a flush-fit detachable box magazine and is aimed at long-range big-game hunters.
