Overview
The SIG Sauer P365 Fuse is a high-capacity, compensated variant of the P365 platform, released in June 2024 as the most advanced pistol in the P365 family. Chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, the P365 Fuse features an integrated compensator built into its extended 6-7/8-inch optics-ready slide, which vents propellant gases upward to dramatically reduce muzzle rise and enable faster follow-up shots. The 4.3-inch DLC-finished carbon steel barrel provides an excellent 6.0-inch sight radius for improved accuracy. The Fuse ships with two 21-round and one 17-round flush-fit steel magazines, delivering full-size firepower in a package that remains remarkably concealable at just over 1 inch wide. Weighing 23.1 ounces unloaded with an overall length of 7.2 inches, the P365 Fuse bridges the gap between compact concealed carry and full-size capability. The pistol features a laser-stippled polymer LXG grip module with removable magwell and interchangeable backstraps, a nickel-plated flat trigger, fiber-optic front sight with serrated rear sight, and a slide cut compatible with Shield RMSc-pattern optics including the SIG ROMEO-X Compact. The stainless steel slide features unique lightening cuts along with front and rear serrations, finished in SIG's signature Nitron coating. The P365 Fuse represents SIG Sauer's answer to the growing demand for carry pistols that combine maximum capacity with compensated recoil management, pushing the P365 platform to its performance limits.

Its integrated compensator is built into the slide rather than being a barrel-mounted attachment, maintaining a clean profile and reliable cycling. The Fuse does not offer a manual safety variant, relying on internal striker safety and disconnect safety mechanisms. The 21-round magazine capacity exceeds many full-size duty pistols while the grip width remains just over 1 inch, leveraging the P365 family's modified double-stack magazine technology. The LXG (Laser X Grip) module features aggressive laser-applied stippling for enhanced grip texture, and the removable magwell allows shooters to choose between maximum concealment or faster reloads. Available with or without the factory ROMEO-X Compact red-dot optic. The Fuse uses the same serialized fire control unit as all P365 variants, maintaining modularity across the platform.
