Overview
The Taurus Raging Hunter .500 is a large-frame double-action/single-action hunting revolver chambered in the powerful .500 S&W Magnum cartridge. Part of Taurus' Raging Hunter line aimed at big-game handgun hunters, it features a ported barrel to tame recoil, a factory Picatinny optics rail on top of the vented barrel shroud, an unfluted five-shot cylinder, a fully adjustable rear sight, and a cushioned grip. Taurus' double cylinder lock secures the cylinder at both the crane and the ejector rod to withstand the extreme pressures of the .500 S&W Magnum.
