Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for GunSpec.io paid API subscriptions and one-time purchases from the SVG store. GunSpec.io is a product of Buun Group, and payments are processed via Stripe.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
1. Subscriptions
Paid API subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
2. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
3. Refunds
Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
4. Digital Downloads (SVG Store)
Items in the SVG store are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because they are downloadable digital content, they are generally non-refundable once download or access has begun. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
5. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once performance begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, which you provide at checkout for instant-download items. The right of withdrawal continues to apply to services not yet supplied.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where a remedy is required by such law, it applies in addition to this policy.
