Subprocessors

To deliver GunSpec.io, Buun Group engages a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that may process limited personal data, such as account and billing information, on our behalf. This page lists our current subprocessors in line with our obligations under the GDPR and similar laws.
This page supplements our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
1. What Is a Subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third party we use to help provide the Services, and that may process personal data under our instructions. We require subprocessors to provide appropriate technical and organizational protections and to process data only as needed to perform their services.
2. Current Subprocessors
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and global): hosting, content delivery, edge compute, database, object storage, and security.
Stripe, Inc. (United States and Ireland): payment processing and subscription billing. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
Google LLC (United States): privacy-friendly, opt-in analytics via Google Analytics, used only where you consent.
Resend (United States): email delivery for login codes and account and billing notifications.
3. International Transfers
Some subprocessors are located outside your country, including in Australia and the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, alongside compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
4. Changes to Subprocessors
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Services evolve. We will update this page when we do. If you have an agreement with us that provides for advance notice of new subprocessors, we will honor that notice period.
